The STANDARD ELECTRO stainless steel floor hatch with electric actuator with tread plate is designed for quick and convenient access to basements, cellars, utility areas, and various service communications. It is ideally suited for use in high-humidity environments, direct contact with water, and for use in other harsh environments
Integration and Finishing
The hatch’s design allows for easy integration into any type of flooring. Its cover is fitted with a 3 mm thick metal treat plate for enhanced durability and slip resistance
Opening Mechanism and Ease of Use
The lifting and locking mechanism is powered by an electric actuator, which is operated via a wireless remote control or a wall-mounted switch. Regardless of the floor covering or weight, a simple press of a button is sufficient to open the hatch. Two actuator options and configurations are available to choose from:

The PRO Package offers enhanced features and functionality, including:
- A silent electric actuator with an IP66W protection rating
- A waterproof controller with a built-in temperature sensor to prevent overheating and overload
- A power supply
- A backup battery unit for emergency hatch operation during power outages
- Two wireless remote controls with an extended radio signal range
- A set of wires for connection to a wall switch
Additionally, the PRO Package includes an anti-pinch safety feature: if any part of the body or a foreign object comes into contact with any part of the hatch cover during opening or closing, the electric drive will stop automatically. This ensures maximum safety for you, your children, and your pets.
All PRO Package components are designed in a sleek, minimalist style and visually complement one another.
Protection Against External Elements
The hatch is fully sealed. A rubber seal runs along the entire perimeter of the frame and tread plate, ensuring a tight fit. This provides full protection against dust and moisture.
Coating and Durability
Stainless steel is a material with high corrosion resistance. Two finish options are available: matte stainless steel without coating, or a powder-coated finish with subsequent thermal polymerization, which provides additional resistance to external influences and enhances aesthetic appeal.

The hatch frame, cover and hinges are made of stainless steel, ensuring high mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, and a long service life of the product.
