4. Pricing, customs duties and taxes
   • All prices are listed in EUR and are subject to change without notice.
   • For customers within the European Union VAT is already included in the product price.
   • For customers outside the European Union VAT is not charged at checkout. Customs duties and fees are payable upon delivery, according to your country’s local regulations.
5. Payment
   • We accept the following payment methods: Bank credit and debit cards, Bank transfer and PayPal.

   • After placing and dispatching your order, you will receive a unique tracking number, which you can use to track your parcel status 24/7 on the official DHL website.

6. Shipping and Delivery
   • We offer free shipping to all European Union countries via DHL courier service. Estimated delivery time is approximately 5–6 business days.
   • Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer in the purchase order. We cannot be held responsible for delivery errors resulting from inaccuracies or incomplete information provided by the customer. Please ensure all necessary delivery details are accurate.
   • The buyer has the right to choose an alternative shipping service, in which case all associated costs and risks are the buyer’s responsibility.

   • Shipping times and costs vary based on location and product availability.
   • Please note that we cannot influence the delivery process once the order has been dispatched, nor can we guarantee specific delivery dates or times. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from delivery delays. We strongly recommend that you do not schedule any labor or carry out related construction or installation work until the items have been safely received and inspected, in order to avoid any potential risks, losses, or inconvenience.
   • All shipments are insured against damage or loss. This insurance is provided free of charge and remains valid until the item is delivered to the address specified by the customer. Therefore, it is your responsibility to ensure the order is received.
   • The delivery document issued by the carrier, dated and signed by the customer upon delivery, will serve as proof regarding the shipment and handover of goods.
   • DHL may notify the recipient of an upcoming or missed delivery. Alternative delivery options may be offered, including delivery on another day, delivery without a signature, redirection to a different address, or collection from a DHL service point.
   • If the recipient refuses delivery or fails to pay the customs duties as required, the item will be returned to Grotus. In such cases, Grotus reserves the right to refund the product cost, while the shipping fees will be charged to the customer.

7. Returns and Refunds

   • Products can be returned within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt in their original condition for a full refund or exchange.
   • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

8. Warranty

   • Our products come with a two-years warranty covering manufacturing defects.
   • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
