The STANDARD ELECTRO floor hatch is designed for quick and convenient access to basements, cellars, technical areas, and various utility systems.
Seamless Integration and Finishing
The hatch’s design allows for seamless integration into any floor covering, creating a continuous surface that maintains the aesthetic integrity of your space. The hatch cover is intended to be tiled with ceramic tiles, porcelain stoneware, microcement, microconcrete, wood planks, laminate, linoleum, quartz vinyl, or parquet. A finish layer thickness of up to 20 mm, including adhesive, is acceptable. As an exception, boards up to 30 mm thick may be used.
Opening Mechanism and Ease of Use
The electric lifting and locking mechanism for the hatch is remotely controlled — via a wireless remote or a wall switch. Regardless of the surface type, weight, or dimensions of the structure, opening and closing are automatic, fast, and effortless — just one press is enough.

Installation
Installation is simple and requires no special skills.
Protection Against External Elements
A rubber seal runs along the entire perimeter of the lid, ensuring a tight fit. This provides full protection against dust, moisture, and unwanted odors.
Coating and Durability
The unit is coated with a powder paint that undergoes polymerization in a thermal oven, delivering high resistance to wear and long-lasting surface durability.
Materials and Construction
The hatch frame is made of S235JR-grade steel, commonly used in various construction applications. To ensure strength and corrosion resistance, stainless steel pins are used in the hinges.
