The STANDARD ELECTRO floor hatch is designed for quick and convenient access to basements, cellars, technical areas, and various utility systems.
Seamless Integration and Finishing
The hatch’s design allows for seamless integration into any floor covering, creating a continuous surface that maintains the aesthetic integrity of your space. The hatch cover is intended to be tiled with ceramic tiles, porcelain stoneware, microcement, microconcrete, wood planks, laminate, linoleum, quartz vinyl, or parquet. A finish layer thickness of up to 20 mm, including adhesive, is acceptable. As an exception, boards up to 30 mm thick may be used.
Opening Mechanism and Ease of Use
The lifting and locking mechanism is powered by an electric actuator, which is operated via a wireless remote control or a wall-mounted switch. Regardless of the floor covering or weight, a simple press of a button is sufficient to open the hatch.

Additionally, the PRO Package includes an anti-pinch safety feature: if any part of the body or a foreign object comes into contact with any part of the hatch cover during opening or closing, the electric drive will stop automatically. This ensures maximum safety for you, your children, and your pets. All PRO Package components are designed in a sleek, minimalist style and visually complement one another.
Protection Against External Elements
A rubber seal runs along the entire perimeter of the lid, ensuring a tight fit. This provides full protection against dust, moisture, and unwanted odors.
Coating and Durability
The unit is coated with a powder paint that undergoes polymerization in a thermal oven, delivering high resistance to wear and long-lasting surface durability.
Materials and Construction
The hatch frame is made of S235JR-grade steel, commonly used in various construction applications. To ensure durability and corrosion resistance, stainless steel hinges are employed.
