Integration and Finishing
The hatch’s design allows for easy integration into any type of flooring. Its cover is fitted with a 3 mm thick metal treat plate for enhanced durability and slip resistance
Opening Mechanism and Ease of Use
The lifting and locking mechanism is powered by an electric actuator, which is operated via a wireless remote control or a wall-mounted switch. Regardless of the floor covering or weight, a simple press of a button is sufficient to open the hatch. Two actuator options and configurations are available to choose from:
The Basic Package includes:
- An electric actuator with IP44 protection rating

The PRO Package offers enhanced features and functionality, including:
- A silent electric actuator with an IP66W protection rating
- A waterproof controller with a built-in temperature sensor to prevent overheating and overload
- A power supply
- A backup battery unit for emergency hatch operation during power outages
- Two wireless remote controls with an extended radio signal range
- A set of wires for connection to a wall switch
Additionally, the PRO Package includes an anti-pinch safety feature: if any part of the body or a foreign object comes into contact with any part of the hatch cover during opening or closing, the electric drive will stop automatically. This ensures maximum safety for you, your children, and your pets.
All PRO Package components are designed in a sleek, minimalist style and visually complement one another.
Protection Against External Elements
The hatch is fully sealed. A rubber seal runs along the entire perimeter of the frame and tread plate, ensuring a tight fit. This provides full protection against dust and moisture. The hatch cover is insulated with PIR thermal insulation. When closed, it helps maintain the designated temperatures in both the lower and upper rooms.
Coating and Durability
The product is coated with a powder paint followed by thermal polymerization, which ensures high wear resistance and long-lasting surface durability.
Materials and Construction
The hatch frame is made of S235JR grade steel, which is widely used in various structural applications. To ensure durability and corrosion resistance, stainless steel hinges are used.
